Your Undercarriage has a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from the day of receipt, to return an item.  You must contact Your Undercarriage no later than 15 days from day of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new condition, unused and in its original packaging. 

To request for a return, email at: info@yourundercarriage.com  If your return is accepted, you must pay for the cost to ship back the item.  We will then send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor refunded.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  A claim will be placed with the shipping company if the order arrived damaged.  Photos and documentation must be provided on your behalf to submit to the shipping company.  This may take 6-8 weeks dependent on the shipping company's claim process.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Typically, 7-14 business days on average time.
